ED Tightens Grip On Bhangu Family, Assets Worth More Than Rs 1986 Crores Seized In Jaipur And Ludhiana

ED has taken major action in the Rs 60,000 crore collective investment scheme fraud case involving Agrotech Corporation Limited. 37 immovable properties worth Rs 1986.48 crore have been temporarily attached in Ludhiana in Punjab and Jaipur in Rajasthan. The company had duped lakhs of investors on the pretext of selling agricultural land. The CBI had registered the case in 2014, and assets worth a total of Rs 7,589 crore have been seized so far.

200 More Stray Dogs Killed In Telangana, 1100 Deaths In 2 Months

In Hanamkonda district of Telangana, 200 stray dogs were killed by giving poisonous injections on the alleged orders of the Gram Panchayat Secretary. According to animal rights activists, the incident in Pathipaka village of Shyamapet mandal takes the total number of dogs killed in the state since December 2025 to 1,100.
