After the assembly and Lok Sabha elections, Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Organization (RGPRS) of the Congress has started comprehensive preparations to strengthen the party's grip at the ground level in the state. Even before the election, this organization of Congress should run the Talent Hunt and Sarvodaya Sankal
Through these trained youth leadership of Congress, the basic idea of the Congress should be run at the ground level towards "Swaraj". Is planned. In which many major activities like social audit, public hearing, protecting and awareness of civil rights are proposed to have been proposed to be trained through Sarvodaya Sankalp Camps, training of workers and real organizing of gram sabhas. For this, this conference has invited prominent personalities of the country working at the ground level in various fields to share their experiences. Under the guidance of these selected Swaraj workers are being trained to conduct appropriate activities towards Swaraj. The top leadership of the State Congress including Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasara, Ashok Gehlot, Sachin Pilot and Harish Chaudhary has also been invited to this Swaraj Karyakar Sammelan. Last year too, leadership Sangam program was held in Mount Abu in which Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also interacted with the workers.
