Social Welfare Minister Madan Sahni announced that now disabled people will also be included in the Chief Minister Udyami Yojana, which will provide them self-employment. Under the Chief Minister Civil Services Incentive Scheme, they will get Rs 50 thousand to one lakh. The government will open residential schools in every division for deaf-mute and blind students, whose education will be extended till class 12th. The minister also participated in the artificial limb distribution ceremony in Muzaffarpur.
