Jagran correspondent, Sahibabad. Shalimar Garden police station on Friday arrested two women involved in prostitution. A woman was running a prostitution business in her own flat. The young man who arrived at the spot as a customer has also been arrested. After registering the report, the investigation has been handed over to ACP Indirapuram Abhishek Srivastava.
ACP Shalimar Garden Atul Kumar Singh says that a complaint was received about prostitution being conducted in a colony of the area. On Friday, the police team raided a flat. During the raid, two women and Deepak Kumar Jha, resident of Shaheed Nagar, were arrested from the flat.
During interrogation, a woman told that it was her flat. He had bought the flat four years ago. She lives with her younger son. Prostitution business is being run in the flat itself. The police have registered a report against all three and are taking action.
