A Dalit youth died in suspicious circumstances in police custody in Faridabad, Haryana. He was arrested by the police in the incident of tightness with a friend for money transactions. However, he was also injured in a knife in the incident. The brother alleges that
The deceased youth has been identified as Amit (27) son Vasis. He was originally from the village of Raidaska in Palwal. Recently, Ghazipur was living in a rented house in Dabua Colony area in Faridabad. Amit had to take 50 thousand rupees from his friend Harish. Due to the transaction of money, both of them had a fight in the basement of Da Mall in Faridabad on 5 July. In this, Harish's throat was cut with a knife and Amit also had a knife in the stomach.
Police later accused Harish's brother Manjit to accused Amit on Section 115,118 (1) 351 of BNS, making Amit accused. (1) A case was filed. However, Amit said that Harish had called him on the pretext of giving money. When there was a fight between the two, Harish attacked him with a knife. Harish was also injured while defending the middle. Now he was assigned to Sector 65 Crime Branch for seizure of the knife.
deceased Amit's brother Sumit and father G Visi said on Monday that on Sunday late evening, the number two from the police post to Amit is the crime branch sector 65 was taken. There, in front of him, he took off all the clothes of Amit and beat him with sticks with sticks.

Sumit said that he was on duty in the company of the incident. After receiving information about the knife to the brother, he had taken leave from the company and reached the hospital.
Sumit said that on July 5, Amit and Harish had a fight. Two number of police post personnel Amit and beating him in their car, took both of them to the outpost. Since then, he kept his brother sitting in the outpost. Yesterday evening his brother was handed over to the Crime Branch team. The crime branch policeman beat him up and his brother died due to this assault. A case of murder should be registered against police personnel.
ACP Vinod of Faridabad Police said that legal investigation is being done by the magistrate in the entire case. A complaint is being given by his family members about Amit's death in police custody. Appropriate action will be taken on the basis of its investigation. Family members will be given justice.
