Under the government’s ambitious scheme Swachh Bharat Mission and Lohia Swachhata Bihar Yojana, a waste processing unit was established in a total of 18 panchayats of the block by spending seven and a half lakh rupees per panchayat i.e. one crore 35 lakh rupees. But nothing has happened in these units in the last few months. The condition is that the cleaning personnel have left work somewhere due to non -payment of salary for the workers. In some panchayats of the block, the village is cleaned by the cleaning workers and a collection of waste. At the same time, garbage is not collected in many panchayats. The cleanliness drive in the village has come to a standstill. The non -use of WPUUs built at a cost of millions of rupees has become a mere object of beauty. Under the government’s ambitious scheme Lohia Swachh Bihar, the waste coming out of the village will be collected through the WPU and will be kept in different chambers of the WPUs. Such as plastic, dry garbage, wet garbage, glass bottle will be separated and placed in the medium of wipu. Garbage prepared manure will be made available to farmers at cheap price. Which is not worth melting garbage. The amount will be levied in the development work of the panchayat by selling it in the hands of the junk. With this, along with getting the pace of development in the village, people can get employment. It goes on to say that the WPUU was constructed in Dursur Panchayat. However, due to the stolen of the handcuffs and batteries of the Darsur Panchayat, the people are not getting the benefit of the schemes in that panchayat. Is . It is said that the people of the village give dry garbage but not Gila. Wet waste is used as feeding cattle. This is the reason that manure has not been prepared from wet waste till now. In the entire block, the scheme prepared at the cost of crores of rupees has started failing in its objective.

^Rampur Vishun Panchayat and other panchayats have been sent to the district for about 35 hundred kg of garbage recycle. At the same time, the process of manure manufacturing is underprocating.
