For the fraud, the accused lured the students of Bhutan to get admission in the college and grabbed the money from the college operator. The victim said that the fraud at Sikar Sadar police station

The accused sent a record of his ID and 50 students saying that for admission, the first Bhutan government will have to deposit DD with a tax of Rs 50,000 thousand. Daluram came into the bluff and deposited him in his account given 10.20 lakh rupees. After this, the accused got 92 thousand rupees in the name of flight tickets including 9 thousand and in his account. It is alleged that after this, the accused neither sent the students for admission and kept making excuses for flight tickets. On calling the call, he kept on sending the check and cheated the victim Rs 11.21 lakh.
