2.44 lakh marble slabs, check bounce, case registered

Udaipur | In Sukher police station area, the merchant of Kishangarh took 2.44 lakh marble slabs from a marble businessman. In return, the given check was also bounced.

Kamal Chaplot, resident of Vrindavan Vihar, Sector-3, Hiranmagri, presented Istagasa in the court. Told that his ideal in Sukher is a godown in the name of marble. Ayub Mohammed, owner of Royal Iron and Hardware at Makrana Square, Kishangarh, Ajmer, bought a marble slab worth Rs 2.44 lakh on July 17 last year. On getting its delivery, assured to make money RTGS. Marble reached Kishangarh on 18 July.

then Ayub gave the check. The check was deposited in the bank for payment, which bounced. On informing this, the accused requested to pay the money soon and then kept on avoiding. A complaint was given to the police in this case, but no action was taken. Now after the court order, the police is investigating the case.
