21 -year -old youth arrested while selling liquor: Chidawa police action in Excise Act

A young man was arrested selling liquor near Peepal at the railway station in Chidawa. Action was taken under the direction of DSP Vikas Dhindwal under the leadership of CI Vinod Samaria. The police had received information that a person near the railway station Peepal illegally sold liquor

In interrogation, the young man called his name Abhijeet (21) son Rawataram resident of Gurjars, Dhani Tan Aduka of Gurjars. Seized 56 pavwe indigenous liquor from him. In this case, the accused was arrested under Section 19/54 of Rajasthan Excise Act 1950.
