Police has controlled a smuggler including 300 grams of heroin, 30 thousand drug money and car-scooty, while the other escaped. The arrested accused has been identified as a deep mandi, a resident of Joban Kumar, while Gurbir Singh alias Gurpreet Singh resident Jandiala escaped.
