New National Education Policy is being implemented in Chhattisgarh from this session (2024-25). Under this, studies in all graduation level courses will be in semester. At the same time, the passing marks have also been changed. That is, by passing the exam in BA, BSC, BSC (Home Science), BCom, BCA and BBA

New education policy is being implemented from the first year graduate this year. Therefore, the new system of passing number will remain only for UG (Undergraduate) for the first year. The internal assessment will get 30 percent marks, for this the college will take a test at its level. There will be a semester examination for 70 percent marks. It is mandatory to bring a minimum of 40 per cent to pass by connecting both. Both universities will apply in the next session (2025–26). At the same time, private examinations will have to take the exam every six six months like regular students. Also, private students will also have an internal exam in colleges.

Certificate will be given on leaving the course

Under this policy, if a student Ug First Year passes, leave studies for some reason If he gives, they will get a certificate. Diploma in two years, after completing three years, graduation and in fourth year studies will be the degree of Honors and Nurse with Research.

Private students will have to register first To appear in the UG First Year exam as a student, now registered will now have to be registered. The application process for this will start in August. In this, the students will have to tell which college they will take the exam. How much will be the fees of the registration and others, it is not yet decided. Officials of Higher Education Department say that information will be released soon for this. The new education policy is being implemented. According to this, many changes have been made in the UG. For example, this course will run through the semester system. Graduation will be 3 and 4 years old. It will apply the choice based credit system.

New education policy will be applicable in three stages

The new education policy will be implemented in three phases in the state. The first phase i.e. from this session (2024–25) graduate level, session 2025–26 in the second phase and the subject combination for the forward sessions. Also, skill centers will be established in universities and colleges.

All provisions of National Education Policy 2020 will be fully implemented in the third phase (session 2026-27). Online classes of various subjects will be operated at the state level. Single faculty colleges will be converted into multi-concert colleges.

Educationist Jawahar Suri Shetty says that new education policy was needed because, the old had many things that were not world class. At the same time, many times children take subjects under pressure from their families. Then they feel that we do not have to do this, but this spoils their year. Now this will not happen.

The new education policy prepared after 2 lakh suggestions

The government had also invited suggestions regarding the draft of the new education policy. The ministry says that there were more than 2 lakh suggestions regarding this draft. After analyzing these suggestions, the new education policy was approved.
