6 people, including former BJP MLA, have been convicted in the 12 -year -old case of Rampur. Rana Sugar Mill has been convicted including female leader in the assault, robbery, firing case. All the culprits will be sentenced tomorrow.

MP-MLA Special Court (session trial) has proved guilt in the case of robbery, robbery at Karimganj in Karimganj, Tehsil of the district. Among them, six persons including former BJP MLA Kashiram Diwakar have been convicted. They will be sentenced tomorrow.

MP MLA Court has held all 6 guilty in the 12 -year -old case. Also 21 people have been acquitted. Former Anganwadi worker Sanju Yadav is also among the mosquen people. Apart from this, Suresh Gupta, Kishan Pal, Bharat Singh and Meghraj have been convicted.

After the dispute, the farmers did the movement at the gate on the evening of 15 January 2012. There was a dispute about the farmers’ mill employees about the tractor-trolley first withdrawn. On the second day, a large number of farmers gathered at the mill gate. At this time, former MLA Kashiram Diwakar also reached with his supporters in support of the farmers. Sanju Yadav, a female leader of Anganwadi workers, was also involved in the farmers’ movement.

Police had done 39 accused, at the behest of Namjdamhila leader Sanju Yadav, some people firing on mill workers and vandalized the mill Was. The mill staff were injured in the incident. The FIR of the incident was lodged by the mill employee Omvir Singh. In this case, the police filed a charge sheet nominating 39 accused.

MP-MLA Special Court Judge Dr. Vijay Kumar acquitted the rest for lack of evidence, while BJP’s former Six including MLA Kashiram Diwakar and female leader Sanju Yadav have been convicted.
