75 lakh cheated by opening government skill development center, only 9.36 lakhs returned

A training company cheated a person for Rs 75 lakh under the guise of opening a government skill development center. The company’s operators and representatives spent Rs 85 lakh at the development center. In comparison, only 9.36 lakh rupees were given to him. Later, he took full payment from the government but did not give the arrears to the victim. On this, the victim has filed a case against the accused. According to the case, Manmohan, a resident of Deeg, was approached by Kuldeep San, a representative of the safe educated learning company. San talked about getting her work done. He got the company director Delhi resident Divya Jain and Gurugram resident Pawan Jain a meeting in a restaurant at Ketan Gate in March 2019. The victims were also present in this meeting, Rajveer Singh, Mukesh Sharma, Ashok Sharma and Councilor Sanjay Shukla. The meeting told them that the company has got the work of skill development from Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation. It will have good income. He will be given 70 percent of the profits.

The victim got the company on the three -year agreement on the campus of Rs 25 thousand and the campus of Urmiladevi Philanthropic Trust on a monthly rent of Rs 70 thousand. On the instructions of the accused, 7 lakh rupees to set up the center in both these campuses, Rs 35.65 lakh in hostel rent, Rs 16.62 lakh on food, 2.34 lakh rupees on camera charge, 1.20 lakhs on assessment cost and 24 thousand rupees on resseration, induction kit 74 thousand rupees on with books, 16.50 lakh rupees on trainer and staff salary, 2.30 lakh on electricity bill, Mobulization cost 2.50 lakh rupees. Only Rs 9.36 lakh was given in lieu of spending of Rs 85.32 lakh. The remaining 75.95 lakh rupees were not given even after demanding several times. The accused did not give the arrears of the victim even after receiving the full amount of center operation from the Rajasthan government. In such a situation, the victim has now filed a case in the police station.
