Accused convicted in rape case, decision on 8

Hearing was held in the court of Special Judge Gaurav Anand of Poxo Court of Behavior Court on Thursday in the case of rape and murder where arguments were presented on both sides. After hearing the arguments of both sides, Judge Gaurav Anand found accused Jitendra Yadav guilty of Bhadvi’s sections 302 and 376D. It is known that there was a debate in the case of killing the 16-year-old girl from home to the west Baghar and raping other colleagues for the purpose of raping the evidence. In this, the accused is a resident of Vikramser village in Babubhi police station area.

Special Public Prosecutor said that the convict is in the village of the deceased victim, due to which the convict used to come and go. Meanwhile, he used to call the mobile number of the deceased and often called. On 6 May 2015, the deceased’s cousin was married. In that wedding, all the male members of the deceased’s family went to the procession. After the procession went on, the mother started searching for the deceased. The mother of the deceased informed on the mobile of cousin brother -in -law Raju Yadav that the deceased is not at home since the time of going to the procession.

The same day the deceased’s father came home with his cousin from the procession. On May 7, at 8.30 pm, a villager informed that the body of the girl was in the reed field. During the research, the police also accused Sanjeev Kumar Yadav and Krishna Mohan Yadav, but the court released both of them for lack of evidence.
