All RTO check posts on Maharashtra border closed: Vehicle drivers breathed a sigh of relief, still confused over the new system

The transport checks on the interstate borders have been shut down from 12 o’clock in the night, especially loading drivers and drivers of the big passenger vehicle breathed a sigh of relief. Although they still have doubts what arrangements will be made in front and what kind of changes are there

Madhya Pradesh government has ended the transport check choks on the four major investigation points working on the Maharashtra border of Betul district. The lock is located. As a result of this, now loader and passenger vehicles passing through these routes are coming out. Earlier these vehicles had to check the papers from checking the weight and other parameters here. But the government has closed it from 12 o’clock at night. According to Suraj Dubey, District President of All India Motor Transport, there was a recovery in 56 points in the state earlier. Now there is more trouble in the new system or less time will tell. By the way, this system should be made unmanned. This will end corruption only. Sanju Rathore, president of the truck association, says that at present there is immediate relief from the closure of these check posts. The car is coming, going but what will happen next. There is doubt on this. It is being told that now home guard soldiers will be deployed. Meaning the pattern will remain the same old.

There were four check posts on the interstate boundaries in Maharashtra in the four pointsbetul district. The largest integrated check post here was built in Sasundra. Where the employees of Transport, Commerce, Mandi and Forest Department sat and used to conduct papers and other investigations of vehicles coming and going. The employees of the Transport Department mainly used the documents of vehicles and their overload. This integrated check post was started on 5 February 2011 in Sasundra. Apart from this, check posts were also made in Gudgaon and Prabhat Pattan on the Maharashtra border in the district.

while an investigation post was set up in Chikhali on Nagpur road. The load carrier vehicles and passenger vehicles coming from here were checked. On the integrated checkpost built in Sasundra, the Transport Department appointed about 13 employees, including the inspector. Whereas here a company named Ultra Wax was given the responsibility of checking the load carrier vehicles. Employees of this company used to check the load of papers and vehicles here.

Now road safety and information checking points will be made under such a system. 45 check points will be made in the first phase. Till their preparation, vehicles will be investigated by setting up a mobile unit. The government has issued its orders on Sunday.

In fact, there were frequent complaints of disturbances at the RTO check post operated in the state. After which the government has closed them. Following the instructions of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the Transport Department has issued its orders on Sunday. On the other hand, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has asked the collectors of all the districts to follow this new system through video conferencing. Private company employees have become unemployed. Whereas the employees of the Transport Department posted on the check post are confused about what they now have to do. An employee said on the condition of keeping the name secret that the way these check posts were tied up in less staff. Now this will not happen on the road. If the staff is ready early, it is recruited then it is fine, otherwise you will not be able to work on the road in less staff.
