3 seats have been given by the Public Service Commission for Haryana Civil Services. Shivani was in the BC-A category in the first place. A post was given for the general category and one was for EWS (Economy Vicar Section) category.

Naresh Kumar says that Shivani’s father Dilbag Singh died in 2005. Mata Savita and joint family then taught Shivani. Shivani passed 12th from Samalkha. After that B-Tech Civil Engineering passed from Nit Kurukshetra.

After this, Shivani’s JSW company was engaged in job at the engineer post, but Shivani’s dream was different. Shivani made up his mind to study again and took the Haryana Public Service Commission exam.

Shivani said that after father, both uncle and mother fought for him. Today he is at this point due to that struggle. Now his dream is to pass the UPSC exam and serve the country.
