Angry at the accident, villagers vandalized the driver’s house: allegations of family members- householder wasted, car driver collided with bike-riding youth

A young man was defeated in an accident in Sakka village of Kotwali police station area on Thursday night. The family members of the young man pelted stones at the car driver’s house. The family of the car driver hidden and saved his life. After the police arrived, the villagers have taken the police car driver with them as a precaution. Police is taking action based on the complaint. The young man injured by car accident is broken. After the accident, the car driver ran away from the spot. According to the information, the car (MP52 Z A5258) was coming from Barga on the Dindori-Mandla highway at around 7 pm on Thursday evening. Then the car hit the bike in Sakka village. The injured were offered plaster due to a leg injury to the district hospital for treatment. After this, angry relatives attacked the house of car driver Rakesh Ahirwar in Sakka village itself. On receiving the information, Kotwali police reached the village.

Rakesh Ahirwar’s mother Champi Bai said that suddenly at around 10 pm, the voice started to hear loudly. Stones started running in the house. Broke the door of the house, wasted the household items of sabotage in the car bike. We have saved our lives by hiding.

Police in -charge Anurag Jamdar said that after receiving the information, the police had gone to the village. The dispute is pacified. The car has brought the driver to the police station together. Action will be taken on the basis of complaint.
