After taking 30 lakh rupees, he had to pay full money while registering. If the registry was not registered after taking the money, then he found out about the scheme in JDA. Then it was found that this place was given by JDA to build water parks, hotels and resorts, not for a residential scheme. After this a report was lodged. There are 37 cases registered against accused Moni Vijeshwar for grabbing money at Gurugram DLF police station, in which 34 challans have been presented.
