The action of criminal cases in the police department started from Monday under three new laws of India justice (BNS), Indian Civil Protection Code (BNSS) and Indian Evidence Act 2023.

< P> Obviously, students studying LLB will also have to study about it. In view of this, the preparations have been completed to include these three new laws in the curriculum from the new session at the division’s largest Rajiv Gandhi Government Autonamus PG College. For this, the syllabus will be fixed in the meeting of the Board of Studies and the studies of these three subjects will start. The BNS and the Indian Evidence Act will be taught in the third semester.

Earlier it was taught the IPC and Evidence Act made by the British. Similarly, BNSS will now be taught instead of CRPC in Fourth Semester. The LLB course is three years old in six semesters. The college management has also prepared to teach new laws to students who are in the fifth semester, so that they do not face any problem after passout. LLB has 120 seats in the college. The entire course is taught to students in six semesters in three years. Earlier, IPC and Evidence Act were taught in third semester to LLB. The CRP is taught in the fourth semester. Currently, LLB has a total of 6 semesters.
