Awareness rally organized in Azamgarh: People informed about the effects of drug addiction

Students were made aware of the side effects of drugs to the students on the occasion of international narcotic consumption and smuggling detention day at Agricultural College Kotwa in Azamgarh. The students gave a message to the people after doing the prabhatferi. Under the direction of Dhirendra Kumar Singh, there was an awareness tour after a seminar in the school in this program. Dr. Anil Kumar Singh, Assistant Professor and Executive Student Welfare of the college, inspired the students to spread awareness in the society about the negative effects of intoxication. Said that there is a large population of people affected by alcohol and drug addiction in India. There is a proportional deficiency of services for addiction treatment. This campaign aims to create awareness about the side effects of consuming substances among youth in higher educational institutions, university campus, schools. In this program, the students enthusiastically participated and made people aware.
