Bharatiya Kisan Sangh submitted memorandum to CM: Demand for water from the fourth phase canal of Omkareshwar project

Bharatiya Kisan Sangh in Manavar has submitted a memorandum to Tehsildar Dinesh Sonariatiya in the name of CM Mohan Yadav on Wednesday demanding to resolve its various problems.

Union Tehsil President Vasudev Patidar said that The water of the fourth phase of the Omkareshwar project has not yet reached the villages of the last end. Farmers of that area have sown green vegetables in addition to cotton, chilli in their fields.

The seed has also sprouted, the crop of farmers is on the verge of drying. As soon as possible, the water of the canal was sent to the tenth, Anjaniya, Bhayasavad, Lohari, Dhulasar and gave a memorandum to Tehsildar Dinesh Sonartia in the name of CM Mohan Yadav. Ever since the canal has been operational in the villages, water has not reached till date. If the problem is not solved, the Sangh will have to agitate with thousands of farmers of the region.

Chairman Vasudev Patidar said that the Congress’s Kamal Nath government announced and promised to waive loans of up to 2 lakh farmers. The letter was given. In whose faith the farmers did not pay their agricultural KCC loan. Penal interest is being taken from those farmers.

Later, in the BJP government, CM Shivraj had announced and said that the government will pay interest and punishment of up to 2 lakh farmers. But the interest of the loan of 2 lakh farmers has not been waived.

the tehsildar has given notice of loan payment to the farmers of the area at the same time. This is injustice to the food donors. Through the memorandum, the Bharatiya Kisan Sangh demanded the cancellation of the notice given to the farmers. A large number of union members were present on the occasion.
