Bhaskar updates: Indian citizen Nikhil Gupta extradition on charges of conspiracy to assassinate terrorist Pannu, brought from Czech Republic to America

Indian citizen Nikhil Gupta has been extradited from the Czech Republic on charges of plotting to kill Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. Nikhil Gupta was arrested by the Czech Republic Police on 30 June 2023. The Czech Republic’s court then dismissed his petition prohibiting Nikhil Gupta from extradite the US, after which the path of his extradition was cleared. Today he will be produced before the court.
