CEO suspended Secretary: Action on misuse of government money

even after adequate time was given by them neither the amount nor work was done. In this regard, the conduct of Shahnaz Bano Secretary Gram Panchayat Guraiya Janpad Panchayat Chhatarpur, M.P. Panchayat Seva (Conduct) is under the category of misconduct under Rules 1998. They have been suspended under Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1999. Their headquarters office is made in the district panchayat Chhatarpur intention. They will be eligible for life’s subsistence allowance as per rules.
