On behalf of the mall, this food court was given lease to businessman Puneet Gupta, resident of Sector 18. But there is a dispute between these two over money transactions.

9 years lease was taken on the Food Court

A company named Ayan Foods by this food court 9 years Was given on lease. But due to the arrival of Corona epidemic in the middle, he could not deposit its money. In 2022, this food court was closed by Mall Management.

The matter reached the court after this. The court has ordered the deposit of Rs 6 crore by 2 August 2024. But the owner of the company Puneet Gupta says that he has surrendered this food court for the mall. The shopkeepers were continuously fare to this company. But now after surrendering on behalf of that company, the mall administration has given a decree to vacate them.

these shopkeepers have gathered at the police station in protest. Because the mall administration will now lease this food court to another company. That company will rent food court outlets according to its own.
