Claimed for sexual abuse by pretending to be married, sentenced to 10 years, one lakh fine also

Ranchi | The court of Additional Judge Amit Shekhar on Friday sentenced Sunil Munda alias Sumit Kumar Pahan, who was convicted of sexually abusing for seven years, to 10 years rigorous imprisonment. The court has also imposed a fine of one lakh rupees. Earlier,

in the same sequence, there was a friendship between the two. One day the accused made a physical relationship with the victim by pretending to be married. When the victim asked to get married, the accused kept on disfiguring and sexually abusing for seven years. At the same time, when the victim pressured for marriage, the accused retracted. After this, the victim filed a case at the police station.
