According to sources, some people of the central selection board were aware of this conspiracy. Kaltex currently consists of Saurabh Bandopadhyay, Sanjay Das, Suman Vishwas and Suparna Chakraborty. Investigation revealed that Kaushik Kar made the personnel of Blessing Secure the director of Kaltex to forgery. Among these directors, Saurabh Bandopadhyay, Sanjay Das and Suman Vishwas have been arrested. The police is investigating the role of Suparna.

Kaushik Kar has given many information to EOU officials in the interrogation before going to jail. Apart from this, the police has also found several evidence from other accused of Kolkata. The whole story of the formation of EOU Kaltex, Blessing Secure is known from Kaushik Kar. From which tikdam he also told the police about the printing of the soldier restoration question paper. Apart from this, the police has also taken details of Kaushik’s mobile and account. Following information from Kaushik and his associates, the police may once again interrogate the then Chairman of the Central Selection Board, former DGP SK Singhal. The EOU wants to know that under what circumstances the contract for printing was given to the company just two years old? On 1 October 2023, there was a constable restoration examination and the paper including Answer went viral on social media. Dainik Bhaskar published it prominently. After this the examination was canceled. In this case, 75 cases were registered across the state and 207 people were arrested. At present, EOU is investigating the matter.

Sanjeev Mukhiya stayed in Kolkata for about 10 days with some of his colleagues to leak the soldier’s restoration paper. Meanwhile, he connivated with Kaushik. Suman Vishwas is also a director in SS Enterprises. This company provides paper to blessing. When the account of the accused was investigated, it was found that two vicious people of Sanjeev Mukhiya had transferred lakhs of rupees to the account of SS Enterprises. In lieu of this, Kaushik and Suman had informed Sanjeev Mukhiya from the printing of the question paper to its transportation.
