Congress leaders and activists in Kategaon met administrative officials on Friday in the district auditorium and informed them about the major problems of the area. At the same time, he warned that if these problems are not overcome, then after 10 days, we will take the path of agitation.

Congressmen informed about the problems and said that the police, minerals, revenue and transport departments should make a strong plan to prevent accidents on the Indore-Betul National Highway. Irrigation projects have been deprived of many villages in the area. What efforts are being made for them from the government level. Handia barrage should be given clear information about which villages will get benefits and which villages will be submerged. The number of crimes is increasing due to illegal liquor getting village from diary system. Strict action should be taken on this. The definition of illegal mining should be clarified. Except for the eligible beneficiaries, the Prime Minister’s residences were approved, it should be investigated. The moong crop has come out more than a month.

Government procurement has not started yet. In compulsion for the needs, traders have to sell moong in low prices. Proper treatment and injections should be provided for the treatment of patients in hospitals on the bite of poisonous animals. During the rainy days there should be a system of drainage from urban and rural areas.

The amount of moong purchased per hectare has been reduced as compared to the previous year. The Prime Minister built in the villages should be filled with side side of the roads. Information about the plantation being done at the government level should be given to the district members and the Congress party.
