Electricist dies due to current in Rohtak: Accident, case of negligence filed against JE while fixing fault

A case of death of power workers has come to light due to current while working on 132 KV line in Rohtak. The accident happened when the power worker was fixing the fault on the line. Meanwhile, he got scorched due to current and died in Delhi during treatment.

Ajit, a resident of Rithal Faugat village in Rohtak, complained to the old vegetable market police station. In the complaint, his son Akshay is posted as ALM at 132 KV Sub Station Power House Chowk in Rohtak, Akshay Electricity Department. On June 24, he was on his house, during this time it was reported from the evening that his son Akshay had been electrocuted. On receiving the information, he reached the power house. He noticed that Akshay had fallen due to current.

The accident occurred due to working on the current line Rohtak admitted to PGI. On the way, his son Akshay told him that Akshay was on duty with his partner Jayabhagwan. Meanwhile, JE said that 33 KV has to work on the city line. Without closing the line, he offered Akshay on the current line. Did not listen to repeated refusal. Who carelessly climbed Akshay. Due to which Akshay got electrocuted.

Akshay was admitted to Rohtak PGI for treatment during treatment. Admitted to hospital in Delhi for treatment from here. Where on June 25, doctors declared him dead. After this, the complaint of the case was given to the police. On the basis of the complaint, the old vegetable mandi police station started action by registering a case of negligence against the accused JE.
