Heat pure buffalo milk and prepare fresh curd itself. When the curd is ready, it beat the sugar and ice in a large lotus with the help of wood. Lassi fills in glass glass. Leave the uterine part of the glass of lassi empty. After filling the lassi in all the glass, curd cream is added.

after this it is given to customers. Customers do not drink this lassi but eat it with a spoon. Because the yogurt used in it prepare themselves. Due to which Lassi has a different taste. For about 52 years, Kanta Yadav has been making lassi in the shop and people reach them from far and wide to taste his lassi. There are 20 youths of the family to give curd, lassi, lassi customers and parcel. Used to sell curd and milk. Which did not have so much profit. In 1972, he started selling lassi by placing a small wooden force near India Talkies. At that time Lassi started selling 60 paise.

Today the full lassi is sold for 40 rupees and half 30 rupees. Because we never compromise with quality. Today, 300 to 400 liters of buffalo buffalo yogurt. Lassi people prepared with pure curd, sugar snow do not drink but eat with a spoon. When the cream of yogurt frozen in lassi is added, its taste becomes wonderful. Every day we sell 8 to 10 thousand lassi.

used to sell milk earlier, now buy milk

Rahul Yadav, who was curd with milk, told that earlier we used to sell milk . Today we are making curd by buying milk from others. 300 to 400 liters of buffalo milk is to be purchased daily. It takes 2 hours to make yogurt from milk. Milk is heated in a furnace in the scorching heat. Looking at the temperature of the top and bottom, the milk is cooled into a special pot of earthen pot. One has to cool.

The crowd is held from morning

In summer, a crowd of lassi drinkers can be seen at the shop from morning. By the afternoon, there was a lot of good to see it. There is a crowd of customers here from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. People are engaged in making milk, curd and lassi. Lassi’s business runs from March to July. 4 months of Lassi season remains, followed by milk, rabri, mawa jalebi.
