from July 1, the Code of Justice of India has been implemented in place of IPC across the country. At the same time, the trial will run in the court under BSS. Under the new changes, the Investigation Officer (IO) will upload the complete information filled on the app to the server.

It will be automatically generated as soon as it is uploaded. Within 48 hours of the link generation, it will have to share with the court’s crime criminal network system (CCNTS). In this way, all the information related to that incident or crime will come to the court. The judge will be able to understand the case by seeing visual and forensic evidence.

under the new laws, the crime sentence for 3 years will have to be completed in 90 days. The crime that provides for 7 years or more punishment will have to be completed in 60 days. At the same time, the IO of a case will be the investing officer of that case till the end. The IO used to change when the first IO was transferred from one police station to another.
