New criminal laws have been implemented across the country since 1 July 2024. Now the Indian Penal Code is named Indian Justice Code. The first case of Dausa under the new law has been registered at Lalsot police station in the district. A case number 336/2024 has been registered at Lalsot police station.

Lalsot from Delhi has filed a case by a widow woman who came to her in -laws. In which he has filed a case of assault on a brother -in -law with his two brothers, throwing out goods out of the house and molesting. Report has been given in the police station. In which it was told-he reached her in-laws in the police station area from Delhi at 7 am on Monday morning. Where two of his brothers and one brother -in -law came and started throwing his belongings out of the house. When he protested, he was assaulted. The clothes were broken by tearing the clothes. During this time the accused snatched the tops from his ear. During this time, the people of the village rescued the beach or else the accused would kill him. During this time, the accused also threatened not to stay in the in-laws. Then at 12:51 in the afternoon, a case was registered under BNS sections. When the woman reached the police station with the complaint of the case, the VC of CM Bhajan Lal Sharma was completed at that time. Police officers were also present in the police station. As soon as the woman gave the complaint, a case was filed under sections 115/2, 126/2, 303/2, 74 and 351/2 of the Indian Judicial Code. Earlier, under the IPC, this lawsuit used to become a crime of sections 323, 341, 379, 354, 506. But in place of the Indian Penal Code, now the Indian Justice Code has changed the sections and new laws have been implemented in the whole country.

SP Ranjita Sharma of Dausa said that new criminals across the country Laws have been implemented. For this, all police officers have been directed through video conferencing. The first case under the Indian Code of India in Dausa district has been registered at Lalsot police station.
