For this, a strong initiative has been taken in this direction. Currently, ISO’s certificate is available only after the investigation from the product prepared in food industry, which they put on their product and can only sell it somewhere. This process also takes up to six months. But now for the first time in Bihar, according to the standard, the food product will be tested at the Bihar Agricultural University (BAU) in Sabour. Has been recognized. Along with this, the laboratory has also been prepared in BAU’s Food Sciences and Personal Primary Department. There will be an inquiry, rather initiative is also being taken to make farmers an entrepreneur for price -based promotion. For this, preparations are being made to work on the Food Development Center at BAU and work on it. It has provided food product development, inquiring of technology, testing lab and training. This project has been prepared at a cost of about 19 crores.
