Four new fire stations to be built in Gorakhpur: Two police stations will get buildings, barracks ready for 150 police personnel

Four new fire centers and buildings of two police stations will be prepared soon for the safety and convenience of the people of Gorakhpur. RCC road and drain will also be constructed to get rid of waterlogging in the police line.

Construction of new police station building in Sonbarsa Balapar will also be started in the coming few days. The SSP gave this information after a review meeting of various construction works going on in the police department on Thursday. He informed that the officials of the executive body PWD have been instructed to do quality work.

38 development works are going on in the fire station and building construction workrhar soon. These include other works including construction of stations in tehsils, construction of new police station buildings and transit building. The SSP took information about the progress of all these works. During this time it was revealed that five new fire stations are being built in the district. In this, the construction work of Campierganj will be completed by 2025. While buildings will be ready within 1-2 months in Khajni, Chaurichora, Bansgaon and Golghar.

Building will be handover in Bansgaon within a month. The police line has a barrack for 150 police personnel. The testing of lift in it will be completed in 10 days. The buildings of Gida and Ramgarhtal police stations will be ready in a month. The work of transit hostels being constructed in Chiluatal and police line will be completed in the month of July.

tenders have been completed, will start soon, construction work will start a total of 11 floors including ground level in the construction work. With this, the office and housing building of CO Bansgaon will be built with a budget of Rs 82 lakh. Its tender has been done. The tender of Sonbarsa police station in Sonarbasa Balapar has been completed. Its work will start soon.

SSP Dr. Gaurav Grover said that progress review meeting has been held for other works including new police stations, fire centers in the district.

All of them Instructions have been given to the concerned people to complete the works with quality within the stipulated period. RCC Road and Nala will be constructed to get rid of the problem of waterlogging in the police line.
