According to TI Ashutosh Upadhyay, Yogendra Mishra, who lives in Sai Sidida Holmes, does healing therapy. He also worked with him. He was originally from Punjab. The accused used to watch all kinds of work related to his office. The accused had won the trust of Yogendra. Taking advantage of this, he lured the complainant to get land to build an ashram. Because Yogendra was already looking for land for Ashram.

He agreed to buy the land mentioned by the accused. Taking advantage of this, the accused took 44 lakh rupees in five times from the complainant, saying other expenses including construction, construction and registry. The accused also gave fake documents to the complainant. The complainant Yogendra used to trust him to such an extent that he had given so much money to the accused only on the basis of documents.

After taking 44 lakh rupees, the accused came out after going to Punjab, then did not return. The entire incident took place between 1 April 2023 to December 2023. For a long time, he kept on pretending to return on the call soon. From March 2024, he stopped picking up the call of the complainant. After which the complaint of the case was made in the police station. After nearly three months of investigation, the police have registered an FIR.
