Parking contracts in the city remain the place of robbery from the common man. Rates are fixed at each parking, but contractors are charging two to five times the fee. Neither no one has the prescribed uniform in the contract, nor the ID card nor the rate list. Surprisingly, the officers of the concerned department know everything.
