Local people believe that the already prevalent encroachment was not removed and the remaining land was encroached by making raw drain. No restriction has been interrupted to private constructions.

Former Zilla Parishad member senior RJD leader Mantu Yadav said that under a planned conspiracy, efforts are being made to encroach the government land with private hands.
