It is necessary to deal with drug crimes for security: High Court strict in NDPS cases, strictly follow the normal process

The High Court has said that the legal process should be strictly followed in crimes like smuggling of drugs, sales, so that the accused do not benefit. Drug weakens the infrastructure of the society. During the hearing of such crimes for the future of the country, during the hearing, the High Court has canceled the trial court’s decision due to weakness in the investigation. DRI negligence in investigation

The High Court has said that the DRI has not investigated the mandatory provisions of the law under the NDPS Act and has failed its duties. For this reason, we have to accept the appeals with a heavy heart.

High Court has said that the investigating agency should strictly follow the compulsory provisions. Drug -related crimes weaken the infrastructure of the society. To protect the future of this country, such crime will have to be strictly dealt with as per law. The High Court has ordered to send a copy of the verdict to the regional unit of DRI, Nagpur.
