Justice received after 22 years from High Court: Demand notice of Raipur Development Authority rejected, RDA asked for NOC 1.80 lakh rupees

Chhattisgarh High Court has given a retaliation verdict filed against Raipur Development Authority after 22 years. The court, while giving the verdict, has rejected the demand notice sought by the RDA, saying that no demand can be implemented with aimous effect. For NOC from RDA. Shiv Gwalani bought land from RDA employee HP Pandaria in Tagore Nagar. Which he was allotted from employee quota. In 1990, the RDA was 10 years old to not sell the plot, which ended in 2000. The plot was purchased by Gwalani in 2003. But even after the compulsion was over, transfer fees were being sought for NOC. But the difference amount of the plot allocated to the employee, interest on Rs 12 years of Rs. 61272. A total of Rs 180172 was demanded for Rs. 180172. Was given to it was dispensed. Due to which he was changed to a new plot after a few years. That too was dispensed due to lack of compensation, on which the case of compensation was pending in the High Court. Justice Sanjay Ace Aggarwal was restored on 8 March 2021 after appealing three years before this petition was rejected. On which on 14 June 2024 last week, the court of Justice Gautam Bhaduri accepted the petition and ruled in his favor.

The court said in its judgment In the judgment, the obligation to not sell the plot is ten years old and the plot has been sold after ten years. Justice Bhaduri said that the amount of fifty percent has been given, keeping the order of the previous Justice unchanged, the remaining fifty percent demand is abolished.
