The villagers mobilized on illegal soil mining from the transit land of Khasra number one of Khejda of Harsulia, Gram Panchayat of Madhorajpura subdivision. The villagers alleged that the NOC has been issued to lift the soil from the transiting land with the connivance of Harsulia Sarpanch. On Saturday evening, the villagers were protested on receiving information about illegal mining. When the villagers mobilized against illegal mining, mining was stopped. But on Sunday, villagers reached the spot to stop illegal mining and the administration was informed. On which police personnel from Renwal Manji police station reached the spot and the problem of the villagers was heard.

The villagers alleged that the NOC of soil mining was issued from the gram panchayat, but the villagers did not consent Took taken. At the same time, the Nadi located in the land transiting by the sarpanch is being deepened for water filling under the Amrit Sarovar Yojana. Illegal mining of soil is being done in the name of deepening the pulse without taking consent from the villagers and without taking any proposal in the gram panchayat. In a private scheme, illegal soil is being mined and roads are being built. On the information of the case, Deputy Tehsildar Renwal Manji sent a light patwari on the spot and stopped the excavation work. Renwal Manji SHO Rampal Sharma said that the soil mining has been stopped on the complaint of the villagers. Advance action will be taken by summoning the documents from the concerned officers. On the other hand, Sarpanch Dayal Saini says that NOC was issued to Nadi to be deepened under the Amrit Sarovar Yojana. The allegations are baseless.
