Life imprisonment for murder and robbery in Jhansi: Youth returning from market in 2015, fined 25 thousand rupees
The court sentenced the accused to life imprisonment in Jhansi 9 years ago. He has been fined 25 thousand rupees. If not given, an additional three months will have to be deducted. This decision has been pronounced by the robbery court on Saturday.
ADGC Vipin Kumar Mishra said that Shivlal, resident of Mara village, had given a complaint at Lahchura police station. It was told that on the night of July 13, 2015, my son Dragchand Sijari was returning home by bike after market. Kalicharan of the village was sitting behind on the bike. On the way, Chandrapal Kushwaha of the village and his father Omprakash were already sitting with sticks and sticks. Both of them stopped the bike and started fighting. The son died in the fight. After this, the accused ran away after robbing the bike. The Lahchura police registered a case and arrested the accused. After a long hearing, the court sentenced accused Chandrapal to life imprisonment.
