Life imprisonment to the culprits of murder: brother was murdered in ground dispute, father and son get punished

In a murder case, Aburod ADJ No. Do, while delivering the verdict, sentenced two accused to life imprisonment. Both are father-son. The case is 2021. In which brother, along with his son, killed the younger brother in a ground dispute.

Additional Public Prosecutor Haseeb Siddhaki said that Kesaram son Kasnaram Garsia on 14 July 2021 in Khara village of Aburod Rico police station area Was killed with an ax. The police arrested Kesaram’s brother Bhagaram and nephew Sakuraram son Bhagaram in the case. Both of them proved to be accused in the investigation. On which challan was presented against both of them in court. Where during the hearing, ADJ No. 2 Grisma Sharma convicted the accused and sentenced them to life imprisonment.
