Madhubani Durga Temple Foundation Day will be celebrated with pomp on 1 July

On July 1, the foundation day of the marble statue of Maa Durga installed in Madhubani Durga temple will be celebrated. A meeting of Durga Puja Committee was held in the premises of the temple under the chairmanship of Shyam Sundar Prasad. Like every year in the meeting, it was decided to celebrate the foundation day of Maa Durga ji with great pomp on 1 July this year. Shyam Sundar Prasad, who is presiding over the meeting, said that a grand evening Aarti will be organized by the Pandits of Banaras on the foundation day. On Foundation Day, Sandhya Aarti will be arranged in collaboration with social worker Arvind Kumar Bhola.

From morning itself, the mother will be worshiped by Pramod Mishra, the head priest of Durga temple and after Ganga Aarti at 7 pm The special offerings of the mother will be distributed among the devotees.
