During a meeting held on Monday in the discussion room at the Collectorate, DM Richie Pandey asked the public prosecutor to make better efforts to punish the pending scandals without delay. During this period, the status of pending promises was reviewed along with Public Prosecutor, Additional Public Prosecutor, Special Public Prosecutor, District Prosecutor, Assistant Prosecutor, Sub -Divisional Prosecution Officer in cases pending and executed in various courts. DM said that in the promises of speedy trial, work towards punishing the culprits without delay. Under the Products Act, make promises on priority basis. Expressed dissatisfaction over the number of punishment in the cases of SC ST Act and all Acts. During this period, the matter related to the issue of summons, NBW cases against absent accused, Excise Act, POSCO Act, NDPS Act, SC/ ST Act, murder, robbery, rape, arms act were reviewed. The DM said that it is the responsibility of all of us to provide quick justice to the victim. Said that it is necessary to have coordination among all the concerned parties for the execution of pending cases in the court.
