Excess weight also causes heart attack. Stress is an important factor causing heart diseases. To reduce stress, meditate and get enough sleep. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. 60 minutes is important when a heart attack occurs. It is called a golden hour i.e. golden hour. In this situation, the patient should be hospitalized immediately. Where he can be treated. Told that angiography and angioplasty of heart attack patients is very important. Eating only medicines in such patients reduces their age.
