Meritorious children of registered laborers will get 5 to 50 thousand scholarships

Meritorious children of workers registered with Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (BOC) will get scholarships. For this, the department has sought an online application from the workers. Application website will have to be done in a week through the website shramadhan.jharkhand.gov.in. It is possible to select at once. In such a situation, the meritorious son/ daughter scholarship scheme will have to be selected. Any worker can apply for one or maximum two children. After this, the name of the school, class and other information will have to be mentioned. The benefit of the scheme will be made available under the Direct Benefit Scheme.

UG-PG will be given a scholarship of 20 thousand rupees

class 9 to 12th or equivalent syllabus 10-10 thousand rupees to medical-engineering. Scholarship of Rs 20,000 will be provided to students of graduation (UG) and postgraduate (PG). Applications can also be made for students of other equivalent courses including diploma. At the same time, a scholarship of 50-50 thousand rupees will be given to students of graduate level in engineering and medical. It will be the responsibility of the Superintendent of Labor to approve scholarship applications.
