Madhya Pradesh Municipality Colony Development Act 2021 which came into existence till 31 December 2016. At present, the Municipal Corporation has given the notice of recovery to 71 illegal colony and land owners. After which the market of discussions in the city is hot. Municipal corporation’s educational engineer HK Tripathi says 71 colony is illegal. From which we can earn Rs 121 crore. There is a provision to collect 10% of the land on the basis of collector guidelines and one and a half times the market value from the illegal colony makers. According to Madhya Pradesh Municipality Colony Development Act 2021, we have issued a notice. Quickly we will start recovery action.
