The Lok Sabha passed these three bills on 20 December and the Rajya Sabha on 21 December. 21 new crimes have been added to the Indian Code, 2023. It also has a new crime of mob lynching. Apart from this, punishment has been increased in 41 different offenses, fine has increased in 82 offenses, there are 25 offenses in which minimum punishment has been introduced. In six offenses, community service has been accepted as punishment and 19 sections have been canceled. Similarly, there will be 170 sections under the Indian Evidence Act, 2023. A total of 24 sections have changed. New streams and vicers have been added. Station Head Dhananjay Rai said that the government believes that justice will be given soon with the implementation of new laws and the charge sheet will be filed within the stipulated time. To gather evidence, 900 forensic vans are being paired with 850 police stations across the country. Justice will not be expensive for the poor. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Civil Protection Code, 2023 nine new sections and 39 new sub -sections have been added. Apart from this, there are 44 new interpretations and clarification couples and 14 sections have been canceled.
