People aware of new law in Mau: SP organized Jan Chaupal, new laws came into force from today

New criminal law has come into force in Uttar Pradesh from 1 July i.e. Monday. For the successful implementation of which Mau police officers and employees have agreed. Mau district. In which the people present in the police station Sarai Lakhni were made aware of the new criminal law 2023. According to the police, the three new laws of India justice, Indian Civil Protection Code and Indian Evidence Act have been enacted keeping in mind the interests of the general public. In crimes, attention has been paid to the problems of the victims at the center, for criminals and strict punishment etc. There is also a provision of FIR facility and e-FIR anywhere in case of incident anywhere. In the new law, the importance of digital evidence, forensic evidence has been increased.

In this, the time limit of everything has been determined that in how much time the investigation has to be completed and the charge sheet is to be presented and the case update The victim will be given within the time limit.
