contractor Om Prakash Soni with a bill of Rs 13 lakh with senior section engineer Uday Kumar. When Omprakash Soni asked Uday to pass the bill, Uday asked for a bribe of three percent of the bill. The amount was called and sought to Omprakash on 23 June. On June 24, Uday called him for bribery. The case was complained to the CBI by Omprakash.

Jabalpur reached his office on the instructions of Jabalpur CBI with a bribe amount. Earlier, the CBI team reached there. As soon as Omprakash gave the money, the CBI team already present there arrested Uday.
