Rape in the name of marriage to married woman: kept together for three years, when asked about marriage, accused started living with another woman

The accused kept the woman with her in Live Inn for three years and raped in the name of marriage. He later went with another woman. Dwarkapuri police, on the complaint of a 28 -year -old woman, the police have registered a case against Sohan Putra Rajesh Hirve resident Shantinath Puri. The victim said that she was married in 2009. Which lasted for about four to five years. The son was born in 2010. Who died a month later.

After this, the husband returned from his in -laws without divorcing and started living with her mother. Meanwhile, Sohan Hirve was identified. Our friendship grew and Sohan took her home in October 2020. Then there was no one at his house. Here Sohan made a connection with him.

Sohan said that he would marry her. For four months, Sohan stayed with husband and wife. He would have avoided if he had talked about marrying Sohan. After this, both of them stayed together for about two and a half years with a room in Khajrana area. Two months ago, she came to live in Dwarkapuri area.

Sohan reached her house when Sohan did not come home for about 15 days. Here I came to know that he lives in a rented room with another woman. After this, the woman reached the police station and told the police that Sohan kept exploiting the marriage for three years. Police has registered a rape case against Sohan on the woman’s complaint.
